Our Story

Gaitway Learning was founded in 2022 by Alecia Geter in Charlotte, NC. We provide learning and development consulting services to small- and medium-sized businesses. We partner with businesses that are willing to invest in their employees because they truly understand the value of great employee development programs. Our clients understand that some learning is an integral part of the business strategy to ensure long-term success.

In the post-pandemic era, there were numerous layoffs. Many of those roles that were cut during the layoffs were in the human resources and learning departments within companies. The result has had a huge impact on company culture and employee engagement across all industries. The need for learning in the workplace did not disappear, but the people who supported those programs did. We engage clients who understand the need for training and employee development but may not have in-house L&D departments for various reasons.
