With over 17 years of learning and development experience, Alecia has led talent development programs with companies across several industries including Finance, Information Technology (IT), and Real Estate. Alecia holds a Master of Arts in Adult Education and is a Certified Professional in Talent Development. She has a proven track record of building learning programs from the ground up through senior and executive-level roles in her previous employment. She specializes in strategically planning programs that show true business value and impact.

 

She founded Gaitway Learning with the vision that quality learning solutions should be accessible to businesses of all sizes.
